Wholesale & Sales Policies

• Lendrum Spinning Inc. reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke wholesale account access at its sole discretion.
  
  
• Lendrum Spinning Inc. reserves the right to sell any and all products directly through its own website and sales channels.
  
  
• Lendrum Spinning Inc. reserves the right to modify, and update Wholesale & Sales Policies at its sole discretion.
  
  
• Lendrum Spinning Inc. reserves the right to establish, modify, and update wholesale pricing and MSRP values at any time, and to vary pricing by market where appropriate.
  
  
• Distributors may not advertise or sell Lendrum products below the retail prices listed on the LendrumWheels.ca website. Products may be sold at the website retail price or higher at the distributor’s discretion.
  
  
• Products which do not display wholesale pricing in the distributor account view are not intended for wholesale purchase. These items may still be purchased and resold, provided they are sold at or above the website retail price.
  
  
• The 50th Anniversary Wheels include a customer-personalized text field. These wheels must be sold as a made-to-order item, and the customer’s personalization details must be submitted with the order to Lendrum Spinning Inc. for production.
