We are planning on bringing the Saxony wheel back into production, however the current focus is on resuming production of the standard double treadle wheel and associated parts.

We don't foresee Saxony wheel production happening before 2027.

We will be supporting the parts for the Saxony wheel even when it is not in production.

Common parts like bobbins might be in stock more often, whereas less popular parts will be a special order item through the contact page.

If you need a replacement part which is not shown on the website message us through the contact page and we will do our best to assist you.

It is beneficial to put a small drop of light oil (ie sewing machine oil) in each end of the bobbins (within the bushings) and in the MOA bushing, every few months.

It is also beneficial to add a drop of oil to the treadle and footman bushing once or twice a year, depending on use.

Do not add too much oil, as it will collect dust or drip.

We are planning on shipping to Europe, but the complexities of sales tax and duty collection means we are not able to sell directly to consumers at this time.

Most countries require non resident businesses to register for VAT collection immediately upon the first business to consumer sale. This level of administrative overhead is not feasible for our small team. However, business to business sales with VAT registered companies are much more manageable.
